I was wondering if someone could help me translate this text?


From what i can make out, the parcel this is tracking was registered in Moscow on May 14th, St. Petersburg on June 1st and, from what i was told by Printdirect.ru, Sweden on May 5th. Sadly, as this isn't written text, but a picture i can't copy and paste the text. Therefore i can't see what else it says.

I am asking to get this information confirmed as the tracking number i got from the Russian post said that the package was in Switzerland and had been picked up.

I was actually getting a bit worried after i saw the tracking to Switzerland. Especially as i didn't get any reply from Printdirect.ru at first, but that was my fault it turns out. Used the wrong e-mail address. :blush:

Oscar, this is a sreenshot of the Russan Post online tracking system. The parcel in question was accepted by the post on May 14th, it was delivered into so-called "International postage transfer point" in St. Petersburg, Pulkovo airport on June 1st, the same day it was released for export by the Russians customs house, and on June 5th it was delivered to Sestoa, Sweden. It's difficult to understand why Switzerland is mentioned in top right cell - "addressed to", along with why it is mentioned "Import" in bottom left cell - "type of operation" - sounds like "imported/delivered to Sweden". Maybe this parcel travels to Switzerland via Sweden?

I hope not... If it's going to Switzerland after all i don't know what will happen. They, Printdirect, said that if the parcel doesn't arrive within the next ten days i should contact them.

But if you are right, that's a bit strange. I checked up on the tracking number i got(i can try to find it again), and that said that the parcel was already in Switzerland. :wassat:

Edit: Ok, i was mistaken. Just checked it up again and it does say Switzerland in the address box. I hope it does arrive here and no there.

Well, my friend, after clearing this up with the translation and what to do i won't be as worried anymore. But until it arrives, i will be on the lookout for more updates, and i'll keep an eye on the tracking.

I might buy from them again in the future as they did have a lot of interesting products.

The package has arrived!

And my day today has had a russian theme through most of it. I wore the first shirt i could grab, my CCCP shirt, i bought a Zvezda Tu-134 and this parcel, with Strizhi shirts and a cap, arrived.

- так тут какое-то мутное отправление - то ли в Швейцарию через Швецию, то ли наоборот.

- Дмитрий Полещук просто какой-то скороход - пешком по 50 км в день, 14 дней подряд... Возможно, над ним не довлела Почта России.

That was a gift from my mother. I don't really know why, but she bought it for me. And yesterday it was the first shirt i grabbed, so i wore that during the day.

I do have a few 1/144 models in my collection already, aswell as a few mixed scale fighter jet kits.
