Rossiya Tu-214: civilian airliner or government transport?

First of all, as Google Translate isn't always correct, im not sure this is the correct forum for this topic.

Anyway... I was just told by one of my friends that Rossiya has got 9 civilian Tu-214s along with their government aircraft and that the only external difference* between the two is that the civilian version has a flag on the tail where the government version has the coat of arms. Is this true? Because i've always thought that all of the Tu-214s are government transports as Wikipedia says.

As for the tail markings, i thought all of Rossiyas planes, regardless of roll, got the flag recently?

*The discussion was about the 1:500 model where the hump on the roof has not been reproduced.

Oscar, I just moved the topic to a right place.

True SLO Rossiya has 9 Tu-124s and none of them is used as civian transport, they only service Russian Government, among them:

3 - Tu-214 RA-64504, RA-64505, RA-64506
2 - Tu-214SR RA-64515, RA-64516
2 - Tu-214PU RA-64517, RA-64520
2 - Tu-214SUS RA-64522, RA-64524

Being a basic version of a Tu-214 the first three aircraft from the Govermental fleet (RA-64504, RA-64505 and RA-64506) don't have the hump on the roof, all the others Tu-214 are special variants of the aircraft equipped with the distinctive equipment-humps mounted on the roof.

As for Herpa release of Tu-214 in 1:500, it was RA-64504 and indeed it doesn't have any external equipment on the roof (see the first picture), so in this sense Herpa did it right :)

So all of them are governmental, regardless of tail markings? That's a pretty big fleet right there. Thanks for clearing that up. :)

Yes Oscar, regardless the tail markings they are all solely govermental transport! Not a bad fleet in quantity indeed! No problem! Good it's cleared up now :)

- yes, but ordinary 214s (RA-64504, RA-64505, RA-64506) have either ordinary cabin, in contrary to other modifications - just have a look and compare their window lines. Some years ago, when "initial" Rossiya was merging with Pulkovo, those ordinary 214s were operating some regular and charter flights also from St. Pete. Here are the pictures I made in October 2007:
